Strategy, marketing and technology — connected

signalIQ connects strategy, campaigns, content, websites, customer data and business systems so performance can be measured all the way through to revenue.

We do not only identify the problem. Our strategists, marketers, content partners and engineers build and operate the solution.

The belief behind it

A business owner should not need to ask an agency, freelancer or developer to manually prepare basic business information about their own company.

What did you spend on advertising this month? Which campaign produced paying customers? Who owns your domain? Are your leads all in one place? These are not advanced questions. They are the basics — and in most businesses answering them means emailing someone else and waiting.

That happens because the pieces were built separately. A website here, some ads there, a CRM someone set up once, and now some AI tools on top. Each part may work on its own. Nobody has ever looked at how they fit together. signalIQ exists to look at the joins — and then to build across them.

Why signalIQ exists

A note from the founder

Photograph of Jay Dengle

I'm tired of agencies that charge good money, never connect the dots, and stop at the report. The deck gets presented, the invoice gets paid, and the business is left holding a diagnosis with nobody on the hook for the cure.

And I'm just as tired of technology companies that build systems without ever learning the business they're building for — software that technically works but doesn't know how a booking becomes revenue, where the money leaks, or how technology and AI could actually make the business earn more and waste less.

I wanted to build the thing I could never buy: one place that connects it all — the website, the marketing, the data, the systems and the people using them — and puts real tools in the hands of the people doing the work, so they can see what's true and improve it themselves.

That's signalIQ. The seeing is free, forever. What we charge for is rolling up our sleeves.

How the work connects

One coordinated delivery structure, not nine separate contractors

Most businesses end up with a strategist who never sees the tracking, an agency that never sees the CRM, and a developer who never sees either. Each part can be competent while the chain between them is broken. These nine stages are handled as one structure, by the same team, so the handover between them is somebody’s job.

  1. Strategy

The audience, the promise and what each channel is for.

  2. Content

Creative built against that brief, at testing volume.

  3. Campaigns

The same message taken to market and tested.

  4. Website

The page the campaign promise has to survive.

  5. Tracking

What happened on the page, recorded properly.

  6. CRM

The enquiry, kept with the source it came from.

  7. Revenue

Which of those enquiries became money.

  8. Optimisation

Budget and creative moved on that evidence.

  9. Systems

The joins that let the whole loop run again without asking anyone.

Stage nine returns to stage one. What the systems learn becomes the input to the next round of strategy, which is the only reason any of it compounds.

Read this sequence as text

The delivery sequence runs strategy → content → campaigns → website → tracking → crm → revenue → optimisation → systems, and then back to strategy. It is one coordinated structure handled by one team, not a set of disconnected contractors handing work over a wall.

Evidence first

An audit is only worth anything if you can trust what it says. Four rules keep it honest.

Every finding cites what was observed

If the audit says your conversion tracking is not firing, it says so because a check looked for it and did not find it. Findings point back to the specific thing that was measured, not to a general impression of your business.

Unknowns are reported as unknown

Some things genuinely cannot be seen from outside — what your CRM contains, what you actually pay per lead, who holds the admin login. Where that is the case, the audit says so rather than filling the gap with a plausible-sounding guess.

No guaranteed-results claims

Nobody can honestly promise a specific increase in revenue or leads from work that has not been done yet, in a market nobody controls. signalIQ does not make that promise. What is committed to is the diagnosis, the priority order and the work itself.

You keep ownership of everything

Accounts, domains, data and tracking configuration belong to your business, under your own logins. Anyone helping you should be a user on your account, not the holder of it.

The one before-and-after we publish

We could fill this page with numbers. Instead there is one, because it is the one we can evidence end to end.

How to read this honestly

This is a verified audit-to-audit comparison of one site (a real client of ours, unnamed), not a performance claim. Part of the movement between the two runs may be detector correction — the audit engine getting better at reading the site — rather than a change to the website itself. We do not claim all five points as implementation results, and signalIQ separates website improvement from detector correction when it reports to you.

Results depend on access, architecture, scope and the issues detected. No score or outcome is promised in advance.

Read these figures as text

The client site, first audit: score 87 out of 100 — 33 pass, 4 warning, 4 fail, 9 unknown. Later audit: score 92 out of 100 — 36 pass, 3 warning, 2 fail, 9 unknown. Change: pass +3, warning −1, fail −2, unknown unchanged.

Capacity is controlled on purpose

signalIQ takes on a deliberately small number of active client engagements at a time. This work involves account access, tracking configuration and decisions that affect where real money gets spent — it does not scale well by stretching attention thinner.

The practical consequence for you: if we are at capacity when you get in touch, we will say so rather than take the work and do it badly. The audit itself is always available regardless — it is yours to keep and act on however you like.

See where you stand

Start with the audit. What you do with it afterwards — including nothing — is up to you.
