Terms of Service

Last updated 13 August 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

signalIQ is operated by Appzoola Pty Ltd, registered in Australia. Using the site or the product means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. What is free, and what free means

Scanning a website, seeing every finding, creating an account and using the dashboard are free. Not a trial, not a limited period, and no card is required.

We may change what the free tier includes in future. If we do, we will email account holders first rather than quietly removing something you rely on.

3. What we charge for

Paid work is our time: the full business audit, and implementing fixes. Prices are listed on the pricing page in Australian dollars. Work is quoted and agreed before it starts, and invoiced on the terms of that quote.

4. What the scan is, and what it is not

The scanner inspects what is publicly visible on the site you name and reports what it observed. Where something cannot be determined from outside, it is reported as unknown rather than guessed at.

A score is a measurement, not a prediction. We do not promise that acting on a finding will produce more traffic, more enquiries or more revenue — those depend on your market, your offer and your execution, none of which we control.

5. Scanning sites, and using it fairly

The scanner reads public pages, so you may scan a site the way any visitor could. You may not use signalIQ to attack, overload or interfere with a website, to circumvent access controls, or to breach anyone's rights. Scanning is rate limited, and we will block accounts that abuse it.

6. Connected accounts

If you connect Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads or Meta, you confirm you are entitled to grant that access — the account is yours, or its owner has authorised you.

Access is read-only and you can revoke it at any time. We use that data only to provide the service to you, as set out in our privacy policy.

7. You keep ownership of everything

Your accounts, domains, data, tracking configuration and anything we build for you under a paid engagement belong to your business, under your own logins. Where we need access we should be a user on your account, never the holder of it. We claim no ownership of your data and we do not hold your business hostage to keep you as a customer.

8. Availability

The free product is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime. We run it properly and we want it up, but we do not offer a service level on something we charge nothing for. Paid engagements carry whatever commitments are written into their quote.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for the free product is limited to resupplying it, and for paid work to the amount you paid for that work. Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data immediately and permanently. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, and we will say why when we do.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Australia.
