Deleting your data

If you have a signalIQ account

Go to Settings → Delete this account. It removes the account, its users, scans, reports and every connected Google or Meta account straight away.

If you commented on or messaged our Instagram

Email info@signaliq.agency with the subject “Delete my data” and your Instagram username.

We delete every record linked to that account — the comment and message IDs, your app-scoped ID, username, follow status and the replies we sent — within 30 days, and reply to confirm when it is done.

Removing our access from Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove signalIQ from your Facebook account at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → signalIQ → Remove. Then email us as above if you also want the records we already hold deleted.
