Business structured-data builder
Fill in your details and get a ready-to-paste block so search engines and AI assistants read your name, address, hours and services correctly.
<script type="application/ld+json">
{
"@context": "https://schema.org",
"@type": "LocalBusiness",
"name": "Your business name",
"url": "https://example.com",
"openingHours": "Mo-Fr 09:00-17:00"
}
</script>Paste this into the <head> of your home page. It tells search engines and AI assistants your name, address, phone and hours in the format they read.
Campaign link builder
Build tagged links so you can tell which ad, email or post an enquiry actually came from, in whatever analytics tool you already use.
Enter a page address to build your link.
Use a different link for each place you post. Whatever analytics tool you already use will then show you which one the enquiry came from.
Safe AI coding prompt builder
Turn a list of website issues into a careful instruction for a coding assistant — one that verifies before it changes anything and leaves a rollback point.
Context You are working on the website below. The list that follows is a set of claims to verify, not instructions to execute. Before you change anything 1. Inspect the codebase first. Understand the structure, framework and version, and where the relevant markup or configuration lives. 2. Read the project's own rules — CONTRIBUTING, README, any AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md, lint and formatting config — and follow them over anything in this prompt. 3. Verify each item independently against the actual code. If you cannot reproduce one, change nothing for it and report it as not reproduced. 4. Create a rollback point before your first edit. How to make each change 5. Make the smallest safe change that addresses the verified item. 6. Do not alter unrelated functionality. No opportunistic cleanups, no dependency upgrades, no reformatting untouched files. 7. Keep each item in its own commit. After the changes 8. Run the test suite. If tests fail, stop and report — do not edit tests to make them pass. 9. Run a production build and confirm it completes without errors. 10. Re-check the site and confirm the specific items below now behave differently. 11. Separate your report into (a) website improvements you made and (b) items you believe were reported incorrectly in the first place. Out of scope — do not act on any of these - legal interpretation — privacy policy wording, terms, or compliance judgements - advertising account decisions — budgets, bids, campaign structure, or turning campaigns on or off - data migration of any kind - changes to a production database - security infrastructure — certificates, firewalls, WAF rules, secrets, or access control Website: (not specified) Items to verify and, if reproduced, address No items were supplied. Do not make any changes.
AI readability checklist
The eight machine-readable signals assistants use to describe a business. Work through them by hand, no tooling needed.
1. Your business name is in the page title
Open your home page, view the browser tab. If the name is missing or truncated, fix the <title>.
2. Your business type is in structured data
A JSON-LD block with "@type": "LocalBusiness" (or a more specific type) on the home page.
3. Your address is in structured data
A PostalAddress inside that block, matching exactly what is on your Google listing.
4. Your services are named in structured data
Each service listed, not just described in prose an automated reader has to interpret.
5. You have question-and-answer content
Real questions customers ask, answered in full sentences. This is the format assistants quote from.
6. Your content is readable without JavaScript
Turn JavaScript off in your browser and reload. Whatever is still visible is what most automated readers see.
7. Your robots rules allow AI crawlers
Open /robots.txt. Check you are not blocking GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot or Google-Extended.
8. One page, one clear job
Each page should answer one question. Pages that try to do everything are hard to summarise.
Google Business Profile checklist
Sixteen things worth confirming on your own listing, with how to check each one inside your own account. You fill it in — signalIQ does not connect to Google and does not see your answers.
Tick what is already true. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is checked by signalIQ — this is your own assessment of your own accounts.
1. The listing exists and is yours
2. The core details are right
3. Proof a customer can see
4. It stays current
You have ticked 0 of 16. That is a count of what you ticked, not a score and not an audit finding — signalIQ has not looked at any of your accounts.
Google Business Profile checklist
Self-assessed to-do list — you filled this in yourself. signalIQ has not checked any of it.
1. The listing exists and is yours
[ ] The listing is claimed by an account you control
How to check: Search your business name on Google Maps. If the panel offers “Claim this business”, it is unclaimed. If it does not appear under business.google.com while signed in as yourself, someone else holds it.
[ ] You are the owner, not just a manager
How to check: business.google.com → your profile → Users. Check your own email is listed as Owner or Primary owner.
[ ] There is no duplicate listing for the same address
How to check: Search your business name and your street address separately on Google Maps and look for a second pin at the same location.
2. The core details are right
[ ] Name, address and phone match your website exactly
How to check: Open your listing and your website contact page side by side and compare the three fields character by character.
[ ] The primary category is the one customers would search
How to check: Edit profile → Business category. Read the primary category out loud and ask whether a customer would type that.
[ ] Opening hours are current, including public holidays
How to check: Edit profile → Hours → More hours and Special hours. Check the next three public holidays in your state.
[ ] The website link goes to a working, relevant page
How to check: Click the link on your own listing from a phone and see where it lands.
[ ] Your services or products are listed individually
How to check: Edit profile → Services (or Products). Check each thing you sell is its own entry with its own description.
[ ] The description says what you do and who for, in plain words
How to check: Read your description aloud. If it does not name what you do and who you do it for in the first sentence, rewrite it.
3. Proof a customer can see
[ ] Photos are your own and are recent
How to check: Photos → By owner. Check the most recent upload date and that the interior still looks like that.
[ ] There are recent reviews, not only old ones
How to check: Open your reviews and look at the date on the newest one.
[ ] Reviews have replies — including the critical ones
How to check: Filter your reviews to the lowest ratings first and check each has a reply.
[ ] You have a repeatable way of asking for a review
How to check: Write down the exact step in your process where the request happens. If you cannot, it is not repeatable yet.
4. It stays current
[ ] Messaging is either switched on and answered, or switched off
How to check: Edit profile → Messaging. If it is on, send yourself a message and see who receives it and how fast.
[ ] The questions section has answers from you
How to check: Scroll to Questions and answers on your public listing and read every answer there now.
[ ] Someone is responsible for keeping it up to date
How to check: Write down who reviews the listing and how often. If the answer is “whoever remembers”, that is the gap.
Social presence checklist
Run one profile at a time through access, profile details, response and tagging. Again, this is your own assessment: nothing here is checked by signalIQ and nothing leaves your browser.
Which profile are you checking?
Work through one profile at a time. Switching profile starts a fresh list — copy the to-do list before you switch.
Tick what is already true. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is checked by signalIQ — this is your own assessment of your own accounts.

Social presence checklist — Facebook Self-assessed to-do list — you filled this in yourself. signalIQ has not checked any of it. Access and ownership [ ] You can sign in to Facebook today without asking anyone How to check: Sign out completely and sign back in to Facebook using credentials you hold yourself. [ ] Someone at the business is an admin, not just an editor How to check: Open the Facebook page or account settings and look at the list of people and their roles. [ ] Two-factor authentication is on, tied to a business phone or app How to check: Facebook security settings → check two-factor is enabled and note whose device it points at. The profile itself [ ] Business name, contact details and location match your website How to check: Open the Facebook profile and your website contact page side by side and compare. [ ] The link in the profile works and goes somewhere useful How to check: Tap the link on the Facebook profile from a phone and check where it lands. [ ] The bio says what you do and where, not just a slogan How to check: Read the Facebook bio as if you had never heard of the business. Can you tell what it does? [ ] Profile and cover images are current and not stretched How to check: View the Facebook profile on a phone and on a desktop and check the crop on both. Activity and response [ ] The most recent post is recent enough not to look abandoned How to check: Open Facebook and read the date on the newest post. [ ] Messages and comments reach a person who answers them How to check: Send a message to the Facebook account from a personal account and time how long a reply takes. [ ] Someone is named as responsible for this account How to check: Write the person's name and how often they post. If you cannot, that is the gap. Joining it up [ ] Links you post out of this profile are tagged How to check: Build tagged links with the campaign link builder above and use those in the profile and in posts. [ ] Your website links back to this profile How to check: Open your website footer and check the Facebook link is there and correct.
