Campaign management
Campaigns run against what the business earns, not what the platform reports.
With authorised access and agreed guardrails, the Signal team builds, runs and keeps improving your campaigns. Every change is proposed from evidence, approved by you, made, read back, observed and verified.

What the team does
The changes we make in your account
The cycle
From reading the account to a verified outcome
01
LiveRead the account
Campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negatives, search terms, conversion actions and change history are read into evidence tables every night.
02
LiveFind what to change
Negatives are classified, search terms are compared with keywords and pages, and the results are ranked as opportunities with impact, effort and risk.
03
LivePreview and approve
Each change is written up with its expected outcome and the scope it sits in. You approve at the level you set.
04
LiveMake the change, read it back
The Signal team makes the change in your account, then the account is read again to confirm it is really there.
05
PartialWait, then verify
The data is left alone for the measurement window it needs. Then the real outcome is compared with the expected one.
06
PlannedDo not push demand into a full diary
Where operational capacity is known, promotion is reduced for services and times already at capacity and increased where there is verified room.
Every change
The status a change is in, always visible
- 01ProposedEvidence foundwhat was observed, where, and when
- 02ProposedRecommendationthe change, and why
- 03ProposedExpected outcomewhat should move, and by when
- 04ProposedApprovalwho agreed, under which scope
- 05AppliedAppliedwho changed it, and when
- 06AppliedLive read-backthe change confirmed in the account
- 07WaitingObservation windowenough time for the data to speak
- 08VerifiedVerified / failed / rolled backthe real outcome, compared
Applied is never shown as verified. A change that went live has been made. A change that is verified has been measured against what it was supposed to do, after the observation window, and the comparison is kept.
Who makes the change
Managed by people. Automated only when proven.
Signal managed execution
With your authorised access and agreed guardrails, the Signal team builds and changes campaigns, keywords, negatives, budgets, targeting, ads, landing pages, tracking and follow-up now. Every change is recorded with what changed, why, who approved it and when it went live.
SignalIQ automated execution
SignalIQ does not change any account by itself. Automated changes are a separate product capability with their own scope, approval, validation, audit history, live read-back and outcome verification gates, and they are not switched on today.
Before any automated change is ever added
The supported Google Ads API version, the account’s access level and quotas, the exact change’s permissible use, the customer and manager hierarchy, and the approval, preview, rollback, read-back and audit behaviour are checked against the current official documentation. None of that is assumed from notes.
